Things to Do

Because so many of you are traveling for our wedding, we wanted to choose a wedding destination that felt like a vacation to all our wonderful guests! Hood River is nestled in the Columbia River Gorge, America's largest National Scenic Area and is known for its breathtaking scenery, hiking, incredible farm-fresh dining options, craft beer, and wine. There's no shortage of options for adventure, breathtaking views, and delicious food!

Drive—Multnomah Falls 

A must see! Multnomah falls is the fifth largest waterfall in the United States and one of Oregon’s most classic tourist attractions.

Hike—Dog Mountain Trail

This is a moderate/difficult 6.5 mile loop hike that is a favorite in the gorge in July for all the wildflowers in bloom that you’ll walk through and stunning views of the gorge.

​

Hike—Wahclella Falls Trail 

1.9 mile family-friendly hike with a stunning waterfall at the end.
